I am leading a Chef's Culinary Land Tour in the spring of 2015, arriving in Barcelona on March 20 and staying through March 28. Join me for two nights in Barcelona, a day in Bilbao for the Guggenheim, four nights in the Basque culinary Mecca of San Sebastian, home to the highest concentration of Michelin starred restaurants in all of Europe. Next is a night in Rioja with incredible winemakers, passing through Segovia with the final night in Madrid. Along with other Basque chefs, I will teach regional cooking to our group.
